Facing problem in app
Hi Team, I am facing a problem while using app. It’s getting stop while using back button. It’s difficult to open app again and again and select all the filter for purchase.
Worst experience
There is no section for customers to review the product. My dress tore away in single use. Then what’s the use of spending money in them? Also one of the shoe lace is always not tied. Most of the products are of very very low quality that they need to be thrown away after first use. Didn’t expect this from hopscotch. I will give 0 stars if there was a option.
Have lot of t&c on offers.

Wrong item delivered. No response from customer service.
We ordered clothes worth Rs. 6000 or so. We were delivered a piece of cloth instead of the items ordered. We tried contacting the customer service through phone and there was no response on phone. We sent an email with the issue and shared pictures of the package through email. Now we got emails with standard message that the issue was resolved. When i insisted that the issue is not resolved, we got calls to get more details and asking for pictures again. It has not been easy to deal with customer service with numerous calls and emails. Finally, they said they will invertigate the issue of wrong items delivered and get back to is in 3-5 days. There is no response from them yet even after 1 week. There is no response even to follow up emails. Terrible customer service!!

Unable to return one of the item . Did not get the items delivered on time. Very-much disappointed. Very poor quality and expensive prices
I have canceled my product but didn’t get my refund
I wrote the email twice about my refund because I didn’t get they said it has processed to your hopscotch wallet still I have zero credit and they just copy and paste the previous one email. I am really disappointed with your service I won’t recommend anyone.
Bad bad bad!!
The clothes quality is poor and when I returned the purchase they didn’t even refund me.
