Feature suggestion

Is that possible to set up reminder for every 3 day? Or I need to take my pills like this: for 2 days 3,5 and for the 3th day I need to get 4 pills. Is that possible to create this kind of feature?

It doesn't reminds me...

I have to open the app to see the reminders of my pills. I doesn't pop up... that was the first reason that i bought this app...
