Why cant the apps keep reminding or snoozing until i see it and take the medicine? I missed my medicine this morning

Easy to use. Reminders are cute and most importantly it is compatible with Apple Watch

Notification on apple watch
There is no sound or vibrate on apple watch when the time comes. I hope it will be fixed. And sometimes it just missed drink medicine on Apple Watch even i tap eat medicine on iphone.
Bad cost/benefit
Too many adds, too pricey to get rid of them. There are better options out there for free.
