Unable to pay for my parking as the location does not come up on the map, nowhere to input the location number either. Terrible

Having planned my visit to use this carpark - I was prepared with the £3.00 cash for all day parking that was advertised. However, on arrival I saw the awkwardly place signs (too high and very confusing to read ) that I had to use this App? Or another? Or another? Which one ? Make up your minds Horizon. This was the most frustrating app I have ever used. Awkward to load and populate the screens. Ambiguous parking fees and not concurrent with advertised parking fee, tried to charge me £8:00 !! It Took a very stressful 43 mins trying to pay and nothing logged at all. Ended up having to use another app. Horrible, stressful and frustrating experience, I felt under pressure and bullied all the time I was trying to make payment - so typical of today’s nasty, predatory parking industry.

If you need to download this app to pay for a parking, find another parking! You will thank me later.

I downloaded this app for parking in Sainsburys at Locksbottom and was stunned to see the cost of £7 for a car park charging a flat £2 for up to 2 hours. I instantly deleted the account I’d been made to register and deleted the app.

This app is an absolute disaster editing the times of parking a nightmare plus the extortionate service fee. Logging in and resetting passwords is impossible overall terrible app.

Tried to create an account via the App , couldn’t proceed past creating a password - wasted 25 mins . Shame on Sainsbury’s using such poor App at Locksbottom in Orpington

A worse app is probably only at EE. I’d give it 1 out of 5 stars for design and simplicity. The whole page is like a blank sheet; you can’t view the receipt without downloading it. Advice for the developers: try looking at the RingGO app at least. I hope you make changes so next time I’ll give 5 stars 👍

Wasted 20 minutes trying to park, app didn’t work so had to park elsewhere!

On iPhone, needed to enter new veh details each time, no record to show previous payments/sites, no reminder when ending. So many features taken as the norm for other parking apps. Lots of tricks missed would avoid if it was an option till it’s brought up to spec

App would not complete card setup, just kept loading blank page. Internet was fine just rubbish app.
