Constant app errors that won’t allow you to use the app

Got this app a little over a year ago. Purchased all the calibers i needed for reloading. App worked pretty decently for awhile. One day i tried to access the app, it indicated that the license had expired. I couldn’t access anything. So Intried to reload the app. It now opens but it won’tvlet me reset the password. I have put in multiple requests to change the password and i never receive anything back to my email. I have reached out to Hornady for support but haven’t received any communication back from them. Very disappointing after spending a bunch of moneey on something i cant even use now. With the lack of support from Hornady with this issue I now understand why my relatives use Nosler.

I purchased specific calibres I wanted to reload and 2 years later they have disappeared saying I haven’t bought any and there is no way to restore via the app. I emailed Hornady support but have not heard back. Will not buy any Hornady products again.

My experience has been that the app brings value to my life because I like the interface and ability to look up Load data on here. However to access the features and load data I want I’ve had to pay a price that should at least include a hard copy of their material. Coupled hassle with LOCKOUTS do to account confusion on both sides and random loss of data I’ll give it a 2 out of 10.

I don’t know what the issue is with app, it never opens properly. Now the cartridge data I paid for cannot be accessed. It shows I have to pay again. Nowhere does it show it is a limited time for each cartridge data you buy. Money grab????

I used it now app won’t open and I’m upset that it won’t open after spending good money on it. It’s a 5 star when working but no star when broken.

Extremely buggy. Half the time it fails to open. Seems glitchy.

This is a great app. It provides the information I need at my finger tips. You can’t find a better reloading app than this one.

Nice manual when it was working properly. I can no longer see the decimal side of the charge weight on the normal screen view. If I go to landscape on my phone I can see the decimal however it won’t scroll over so I can see all charge weights
