App doesn’t work

This app simply doesn’t work!

Needs update

Just need to add watch support or ability to add key to Apple wallet

Watch and Apple Pay. I cannot get the card in there an constantly have to open the app

One star is too many!

I spent 30 minutes of my vacation while the front desk of my hotel tried to get this app to work with no success! Apple should remove this app from the App Store!

Please add watch support! It’s been years!! The setup has gotten better. This app is so close to be highly recommended, but now it’s just left with potential.

It didn’t work

I was excited that Las Palomas installed this new key system. Until I got to our condo and it didn’t work. I had to use the old method to get in our condo.

Why no Apple Watch support? The sister app seems to support it but requires some weird code.
