Definitely a nice way to access Airbnb without having to carry around a card or key. Zero issues every time. My friend Jeff who still lives in the 90’s needed a card because his iPhone 6 wouldn’t work and made him nervous.

Before the trip I asked my friend Brad why we couldn’t just use key cards, he told me to stop living in the 90s. 3 days later I’m waving my phone at the door like an idiot with zero success, resort gave me a card instead.

This app hasn’t worked for months

App doesn’t open. Just crashes every time I try to open, and there is no update available 🤷🏼

Starting today the app crashes at startup. Cannot use the app. I’m not the only user having this issue.

New update won’t allow iPhones to use app.

They did an update on September 6th and now I can get into my apartment and me and my dog have to wait for a maintenance person to come open doors for us because THE APP WON’T OPEN! HORRIBLE Quality, No Reliability. Everyone should be retrained

I was locked out of my apartment as the app no longer opens on my iPhone.
