This app only links to your stay if you book directly with the hotel. Since we booked thru a 3rd party we can’t use the app to manage our stay. This should be something that is available since many people book thru 3rd party.
Most of the time, searching for some thing in the app does not work. my position location in the app is often wrong.
This app is worthless! The interactive map doesn’t work. There is very little information regarding what times the restaurants open. There is no explanation regarding activities available at the resort. You are left to figure it all out on your own. We were completely lost for the first 2-3 days we were there. When chosing my nickname for this review, every name such as “disappointed customer, disappointed guest, unhappy guest, etc” were all taken. That should tell you something!
As many have said - this app is not working unless you go in through guest mode. No ability to register and retrieve my pictures - the part I was really looking forward to. Plus you cannot actually see pathways on the map so even when you get into the app as a guest and use the only functioning helpful feature - it cannot really show you how to get anywhere in the hotel - luckily the staff is amazing and willing to show you how to get anywhere - but you have to go to the main lobby first to find someone, depending on where your room is - this may mean leaving a bit early for your destination.
I agree with other reviews stating that this app could be very useful if it worked and had better content. It is super buggy. I tried twice to register after downloading (thinking that maybe it would allow me to make reservations, etc)., but it constantly crashes. Disappointed.
No permite llevar a cabo tu inscripción, constantemente a nivel de escoger tu país, te saca del sistema, volver a comenzar y se repite. Trate de usar el localizador y dirigirme al gimnasio y no esta ubicado. Realmente requiere de atención del desarrollador.

Just tried using this app and it crashes every time I try to open it. Newest iPhone. Not very useful if it won’t stay open long enough to click a link
This app doesn’t work if just continuously crashes when I try to open it. I have a brand new Apple phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice and didn’t help. I’m sick of all the staff telling me to use the app when it doesn’t work.
In the "My Albums" section, it is showing hundreds of other people's photos.
