Dislike the new update. Harder to read

the app is fine it’s just i like the old look to it, it was more direct and less stuff in your face that you gotta look at, also the app is slower now

You need to make it show schedule admins of the employer who pressed “Pick-Up Shift” first. It’s ridiculous at my job because I’m always the first one but it ends up being given to someone else. It should be first come first-serve but show the list in order for them to see times.

The website is a better format, wish it had the calendar display on here. Another issue is that it doesn’t notify you outside the app if someone has picked up a shift.

For this app to be worth money and they say we need it for work, yall could def implement DARK MODE!!!!! Why is this app only in light mode? Keep up with the times man.

Don’t believe the positive reviews this app is a total pile of garbage and they have the nerve to charge 3$ for it.

I have to delete this app every other day because it will tell me “authorization is not valid” and not allow me to view my schedule anymore. i’m very tired of having to delete and redownload every other day. im sick of it

Honestly I have been using this app for about 3 years now and it has been great! Good for people who work in hospitality with changing and rotating shifts, I love being able to swap shifts and release shifts for people to pick up. There’s also a tab to see who’s not working if you have an emergency and need to ask others to cover a shift. Came here expecting 5 stars but there’s always someone who has something negative to say! (We love you hotschedules ! <3

I just want to be able to use the new update but I always have the standard one
