this app creates up to 5 events for one shift in my calendar and it’s so annoying. i have to go through and delete them manually and doesn’t update if my schedule gets updated. as someone who has kids, another job, and appts, it takes up so much space in my calendar. i also don’t get any notifications when my schedule is posted. this app is garbage
The app isn’t working!! It won’t let you in or it keeps telling you to refresh the page or it’s timing out.
I don’t know what we need to do to get them to fix this, but it’s ruining my life and I don’t have another way to deal with this
This app is so plain I can’t stand it. Please add better user interface and a dark mode at least. Also, a way to view past schedules would be nice to have. Thank you.
I just read an article in the help section of the desktop version regarding editing schedules via the mobile app. It says this is possible using app version 4.99.0 or higher. This is nowhere near the latest updated version available on my iPhone. Why is this?
Nor useful or functional
1) blocked dates shown on calendar when requesting time off. Shouldn’t have to find out after doing the whole process of selecting dates & writing notes. And then the app STILL doesn’t tell which day(s) was blocked! 2) easy switching between accounts for those with more than one employer using the service 3) past schedules should be viewable

Takes forever to load you might have to wait a day or two to see your schedule
I haven’t had a problem with hot schedules in the year that i’ve used it so far except for when it comes to notifications. i’ve checked every setting i could think of and i still don’t get any notifications at all. nothing. not even to “rate my shift” afterwards. not sure what’s going on but my coworkers have expressed the same problem. i just want to be notified when there is a new message or my schedule has been posted/modified.
