I have problems in purchasing items for last one week. Got message purchase successful, but the it says it is encountered problem. Raised five tickets in last one week. No use getting the items later because some purchase has no value if time is over. Example. Today I was looting, spent 55 gems which I had already on 9th floor, again got busted on 14th floor, I tried purchasing gems to clear that floor, because next is 15th floor which is golden floor I may have got magic joker. But didn’t get the gems after spending money. Even If I get the gems tomorrow, no use because I won’t get the items which I have looted up to 14th floor plus I have lost the 55 gems which I had already. This is House of Fun purposeful cheating. Better Uninstall the app. Don’t get fooled.
