Hello there I have been playing this game for several years and I feel with the other game players or saying because it has happened to me several times even if I spend real money I still lose the game is not fair to the players and you always want us to write the game how can we give you a good rating when we have a bad experience I recently had to delete the app and reinstall it to get it from crashing, but guess what I had to start all over again and I was inThe 2000s and now I have to start all over again. I could not reach anyone to see what the problem is. I hate storing over after playing for over five years. Can someone please answer this question and help
