It’s unbelievable how poor the service is. I will NEVER order from them again, wouldn’t recommend anyone as well. I had to return two tops, they only picked one too (still haven’t received refund). Despite my many calls and emails and their promises to pick up the other top, it never happened. I had to fly away to London as my trip was ending, they never came to pick it up and I am left with a top that doesn’t fit me. Outrageous!! Unacceptable and pathetic.
This is just the website and nothing works. Can’t reach anyone. They purposely hide the contact details deep in legal pages
I have placed an order on 24th October and the only updates that I received were my order is not yet dispatched. When I try to reach out to the customer service, only option I find is chat which you either get same response or no response at all. When I reached out to the team via email, it was mentioned my order got cancelled and refund is also delayed.
Did not appreciate the extra charge of 150/- for COD No one charges extra for standard delivery and COD. Please re look
Please don’t use this app to buy, it’s been a month I returned my product and no refund has happened and there is no way you can find any solution for it . No customer no chat option
Why is the music playing while using the app. It’s very irritating and attracts unnecessary attention in public places

Such a slow application. Takes ages to load pages.
I have ordered from the app on 07.10.2024 . Till today order is not shipped. This app is making the customers fool. They don’t even reply your e mails.
