HOUZZ PRO …? Le uniche due cose DI BASE che dovrebbe fare sono: NOTIFICHE PUSH (per non perdere le opportunità per le quali SI PAGA IL SERVIZIO) e EMAIL PERSONALIZZATE come quelle impostate sulla versione web (per non mandare email che sembrano la brutta copia delle lettere dell’INPS). Invece ci sono delle bellissime icone che alla fine si riassumono in un clone triste di Google-calendar o dei sistemi preinstallati di Apple… Mah Assolutamente NON VALE il costo del servizio che si paga ad Houzz.

Non capisco perché Houzz non riesca a creare un’unica app per tutto. Devo usare Houzz normale per vedere le discussioni e il magazine e questa solo per i messaggi. Mi sembra ridicolo. Non avrebbe più senso fare un’app Pro dove poter vedere tutto???

When trying to find and use a template for a new project estimate, we are no longer able to pull up a template for a new estimate. The only options are to do so “from Scratch” or “using AI.” We are also now unable to duplicate an estimate from one project to another. Please advise. Thank you.

I looked at this website and now they are billing me $199.00 per week for a subscription I never signed up for. Scam scam

Less than 30 days ago, I set up a page with the promise of boosting my business, but the experience has been a complete failure. The support offered by the platform is extremely limited, and the assistance I received was inadequate to resolve the issues encountered. Furthermore, I am facing significant difficulty obtaining a refund for my $400 registration fee. The bureaucracy involved in this process is making the situation even more frustrating. I advise everyone to carefully consider before investing in the Houzz platform. I regret that I didn’t do a good research about Houzz Pro Lead. I signed the 12 month contract on Las Vegas KBIS show. The salesman was very nice to sell the leads program. Since I don’t want to lock in a contract,he told me I can get out of the contract as soon as I stop paying the bills nor if I’m out of business. I stupidly believed him. After 3 month trying the problem, I didn’t get any leads. When I try to contact the sales he disappeared. I contacted everyone I can from Houzz and explained what the sale told me on the show. They replied me with the contract I signed which means I can not cancel the service. Pretty horrible sale team and customer service support. It costs me $700 monthly for nothing. Stay away from this company! They just want take your money without any responsibility.

Im a General contractor barely starting my own business and struggling with money and tight budgets i committed the horrible mistake of signing up a contract with this scammers who you are not able to get a hold of ever after you sign up with them not even to change your payment credit card. PLEASE do not sign up with them im in the process to hire a lawyer just to get out of this stupid contract THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD.

Functionality needs improvement. I find it slow to respond and encounter many bugs. I appreciate all the features but think it could be streamlined a bit more as navigating the program is not always intuitive or obvious.

I never go out of my way to write a review but I must warn people about this company. I can write a novel about how bad this company and customer service is but I will try and keep it short. When I first got signed up I was told that they would be able to provide me with plenty of leads. They also told me the average company in my area spends roughly $400/mo and if I spend more then I would have better success. So I signed up at $719/mo and in 10 months I’ve received less than 25 leads! 😂 it’s laughable at this point. I’ve received the worst customer service. Christoper Sotier, Sophia Chyun, and their boss Emily are the worst representatives of a company that I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER treat any of my customers the way they treated me and my concerns. NEVER! I had really high hopes when I signed up, I thought it couldn’t get any worse than Angie’s ads and leads but this company by far was worse. For $719/mo there are much better option so please do your research before signing up!
