I highly advise against using Houzz Pro. This platform has caused significant issues for my business. They changed my plan without my permission and charged me extra fees for services I did not authorize. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. Additionally, they suspended my account, which completely cut off my access to critical project information and client details. This has resulted in losing an important client due to missed deadlines and the inability to access necessary data. To make matters worse, Houzz Pro refuses to refund the charges, even though I am clearly dissatisfied with their service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has negatively impacted my business. I strongly recommend looking for alternative platforms that respect their customers and provide reliable support.

I downloaded and subscribed to this app as it says the first month was free. I was immediately charged $99 as soon as I subscribed. I will never understand how companies just outright lie. Apple gave me my money back

Don’t subscribe to their plan. It’s expensive and they get contractors to compete with each other. Competition isn’t an issue when everyone is on the same level, but they allow bottom of the barrel contractors to sign up. They also tell you that they don’t get multiple contractors on one lead, but it’s not true. Trying to cancel subscription is such a hassle which is the way they i tended it to be.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION. It’s safer to give your credit card to a random person on the street. Canceling is an absolute nightmare and when you think it’s over you get billed again randomly next year and once again get the complete run around like they are counting on you just giving up and writing it off again. Now I have to change all my card information and flag them as fraud to get my money back from my bank. As far as job leads I canceled because I didn’t get any at all. This company isn’t about providing leads to business, it’s entire mission statement is to get card numbers and bill them then make it an impossible task to get it back.

Please please please don’t sign up. We signed up and quickly realized that this wasn’t for us. We tried to cancel got the complete run around. We requested to cancel and they said we would hear from a rep. Had to follow up a couple of times and then someone emailed to ask me to book a call to talk about how they could help me get the most out of my subscription. I replied telling them that I was not interested as the software didn’t provide what we needed. I followed up multiple times but no response. Still paying. I’m giving them one more chance to rectify this then I will be cancelling my card so they can no longer pull money.

I signed up for 30 day free Houzz Pro trial. On my last day of free trial day, someone from Houzz emailed me for the reminder of my free trial ending and offered me 50% off of the first three month subscription if I renew with her on that day. I found it extremely complex and confusing to use, so I tried canceling the subscription under my Apple ID. However, I had a technical issue to cancel the subscription under my Apple ID, and it took me about a day to resolve the issue with Apple. In the mean time, I was charged for the annual subscription which I don’t even remember for signing it up. I immediately contacted Houzz Pro customer service for a full refund after I saw the charge on my credit card online. The customer service forwarded me to their subscription specialist. It took me 10 days to finally speak to the subscription specialist. I explained the issues that I’ve been trying to cancel but couldn’t do so in time due to the technical difficulties. I also told him that I do not recall for annual service. He kept emphasizing that I was informed of the trial end and kept insisting I subscribed for the annual plan. It was a non-sense because if I signed up for annual service, why did they offer me 50% off of the first three month subscription? Anyways I didn’t want to argue any longer, so I asked for a pro rated refund. He simply repeated that I subscribed for a year and rejected to issue a pro-rated refund. Usually I was able to get a full refund of paid subscription if I missed a day or two to cancel the subscription after the trial. But Houzz Pro is awfully harsh even though I missed one day due to technical issues. Also it’s crazy that they refused to give me the pro-rated refund and still charged me for the whole year!! WHAT A SCAM..!!!

The star rating is based off the users of the regular Houzz app. (Home Owners) The Houzz Pro app that you pay for, as a contractor who is now handcuffed to this terrible program, DO NOT USE! Use Jobber does 200% more for 100% less cost. Anything else. Useless CRM everything is based on advertising. Glossy photos or bust. That’s all they want. Where are your photos your videos. Just media. “Ya for sure we will help you”. Then you don't hear anything. Just stay away.

Contractor who tried Houzz pro. Very expensive for what you’re getting. They use dark patterns for signup and extracting money. Doesn’t even include an iPad app? Seems great at first but backed out really fast.
