I don’t like the process it took for me to be forced to save the document in the app to print. I took 5 minutes to set up the printer and connect to the Wi-Fi. It took 4+ hours to print one sheet of paper while it kept making me go around and around in circles while telling me every step was not working and I almost took it back to the store. HP: please update your software so a document can be printed as soon as it is opened. Stop forcing it to go through the app first! This is too complicated a process for most people. I have done printer work for 26 years, including fixing buggy printers. This was the WORST experience I have ever gone through. If this is the new way to do things I will never buy an HP printer ever again. And I will tell everyone else the same thing. I still have some time left and if any more glitches happen I’m packing it up and taking it back to the store. If I could give zero stars on this review I would. Shame on you HP. Make your printers user friendly. This is poor business practice, and honestly, rude.

Bought in 2022. Hasn’t worked since.

Constantly crashes on iPad/iPhone if you try and manually select a page range. Constant errors. I’m going to be calling HP and getting a refund on 5 pages. Ridiculous. Fix your app.
