Jam paper, cannot detect my job, always committing blank papers, the only thing it does is nothing. Rubbish.

at the end of the day your app has not been made with your customers in mind but only with your own objectives. I am endlessly harassed with proposals to buy new toner or to enter my password. The facts are that the app is not very user friendly( endless inlog requests)and clearly has been made so that you can directly sell toner bypassing other distribution channels. It may sound rude, it may sound what you don't want to hear but this is how it comes across

为什么会卡住

please stop doing updates ! i remember as far back as version 9.xx it was fine till you updated it. the scan function is gone ! pop up says “your printer does not support scan function…. blah blah blah@ whic is nonsense ! my hp printer was fine till you updated the version ! then it went to 13.xxx and voila the scan was back !! then it went out again goin through your version updates !! you see the screw up was always after an update was made. now let’s fix the scan for all hp printers and stop doing updates afterward. please.
