This app never remembers my device so I have to put in my password every single time. Now my face recognition has somehow been disabled so every single time I login I have to setup up face recognition. FYI also there’s no point in checking the remember this device box because it’s not going to remember this device.

As the title says. I have to 2FA to login every time despite password and Face ID being set up. Annoying and should be fixed by now.

Every time I sign into this app, I have to change my password. The app never remembers to use my Face ID. I have just spent the past 30 minutes trying to get a temporary password so I can sign in. But the password that was sent it wouldn’t take and now it won’t send me another one.

So logging in via FaceID / TouchID DO WORK … after enabling biometrics, tap “Login with TouchID” *below* the Next button. And FaceID auto-logs me in TOO quickly, meaning I can’t even tap Login with FaceID - it just logs me in right when opening the app. The hater reviewers should try again. And yes it’s an embedded browser but does what I need. Complaints re: HSA expenses - they’re actually YOU’RE responsibility, not the bank’s. Start adulting. And just buy what’s eligible via non-HSA payment, and use Reimburse option in the app.

The app is very unreliable. Some times I can’t even sign in. At best it is slow and clunky. No app is better than a bad app.

In the passed years, I have been able to make a contribution from my device. NOT ANYMORE …..

You have no choice to choose another one though.

This app always asks to login and that too with verification code. Very worst experience.
