Commonly get errors. Generally the app is difficult to use- eg not easy to find how to view statements
When paying money each time I entered a shared reference the app collapsed and I had to start all over again. This happened some four times so had to leave off the reference in the end.
Jem was BRILLIANT. THANK YOU SO MUCH ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
The app is great once you are in. But when trying to login it never works first time and I get an error message. It seems to average 10-20 attempts to get in. It’s the latest version with latest iOS on iPhone 13. The uk app works perfectly every time. I can’t use it reliably. From one of the largest banks in the world I would have expected better.
Just keep getting logo and nothing else since I I’ve downloaded, deleted and re downloaded. IPad v 15. Soooo frustrating, the old website worked perfectly!!!!!
My bank card was blocked for this bank over the Christmas period and when I could finally order a new one, it took a week and they had to send a new card! The app provided nothing to support... literally so lucky that I had another account and somewhere to stay! I was so excited to have hsbc as my main account as it reminded me a bit of home (UK)! So disappointing! Still waiting for my complaint to be dealt with.
As per my title. This app has a lot less features than the last one and it affects my financial management
It seems HSBC is determined to make the lives of their customers as difficult as possible. There used to be 1 app for all global accounts and they’ve decided to force UK account holders off to a UK specific app. Now they’ve forced AU customers to a AU specific app. The app refuses to transfer data until the user has actually successfully logged into to the AU app independently first. If designed this way then the initially set up screen requires work. Once in the app it looks completely different to the UK or the one global app, missing statements section and a whole host of functionalities. Come on guys, you have a lot to learn from the new fintech banks!
Put in username and password, just get a blank screen with a tick box. You tick the box you get another of the same, and another and another. I live in the UK, is this the problem, because I’m trying to set it up from abroad? Useless!
