Updated to latest version which is not working on my 7 plus phone … annoying

Cannot login the app, stop at red screen

After the last updated, the HSBC HK app cannot reach the login screen and only stop at the red screen. That is very inconvenience as I can use the HSBC website, but some transactions required me to generate passcode from mobile app. Please fix urgently.

Getting ridiculous

While the app itself works the new authentication framework which other HSBC apps use tied to this primary app is broken. Every few weeks biometric authentication gets turned off. Have to thru setting up again. Once once does that authentication of easy invest and reward+ app gets broken. Only way to fix it is to delete all apps, reinstall and then go thru the setup process all over again. Do you guys even test these apps? Need help with an automation testing framework??
