Cannot update iphone6

When you try to download the app with an iphone6 it “requires ios 13.0, or download last compatible version” and you click “download” and you just get the same message over and over. Basically HSBC is no longer giving you access to your bank account if you don’t have a new iphone. Where is the app that is compatible with iphone6?
