Force us to download and use the apps but no function to change personal details
Average, not many functions
Only allows you to view your accounts & use Duit Now. I would love to be able to complete internal transfers between my own accounts but this doesn’t seem possible in the app?
World's worst banking app.
World's worst banking app. Shows HSBC don't care about customer experience. Prettier than the HSBC Mobile Banking App but more useless. Can't even pay my HSBC credit card or my phone bill.
Rubbish
An absolute waste of time. I have to use my computer now to transfer money between my accounts. What were you thinking HSBC!!!?
Old app was much better
I used to be able to do all my Jompay bill payments easily within the app even when overseas. Plus I could do almost anything else with a token. Now the only option is Duit now with no information about to set up transfers etc. Totally rubbish.
