Bank with the worst user experience. So many features are missing from the app and the app looks more like a prototype than a polished product.

DIY Change Debit Cars Limit and Alert Threshold Lmit

aezjnn on

Singapore

Why does HSBC want to handhold customers in this service? I have endured a hiccup from this “only you can do for me” service. Again, today 3 May, another hiccup!!! Had requested debit card Nets POS credit limit to change to 10K. Guess what? CSO raised request for 8K. Now DC credit limit is 8K. Hope you get my point on disservice and how DIY is better service.

Worst Credit Limit review process

rjmaurya on

Singapore

HSBC has one of the worst credit limit review process. They just keep accepting the document and never increase the credit limit. Also never get any call from the bank for any help, what a tedious process. While I have another citi bank card they are 100 times better in technology and process. I am writing this feedback after using this card from last 5 years.

Switching a new iPhone failed miserably. Even after removing registered device in profile. HSBC should learn from other banks. Moving to a new phone is easy. Now I have no access luckily no bank account. Time to rest my hsbc card. Gave up. Uninstalled. Gonna cut my card.

Hi, after I update to the latest version (3.43.0), there is a bug in my bank transaction history. I see doubles in the transactions history. (Eg: one transactions has been recorded twice) Please fix it. Thank you. Will keep supporting HSBC nonetheless.

Confusing app difficult to read the amount due to be paid

superkaly on

Singapore

Last statement balance; Payment since last statement; Current min payment due with a minus sign, when I have already make more than the min payment and the min amount due is still reflected with a minus; Can the bank please just indicate “no amount to be paid now”; or “amount outstanding”, for easy understanding.
