Card controls

Instead of always blocking cards, a transaction deemed suspicious can be flagged in the app with a push notification and request the user to confirm if it is genuine or not. Also finer-grained toggles like disallowing international in-store transactions or enabling online for 1 hour, etc. This stuff isn’t hard (other banks provide it) if you really care about security and customers.

Miles behind it’s competitors

Bad app - service is even worse. Even for premier customers.

Cannot update

This is ridiculous, my iPhone keep on telling me the app cannot be updated, then the app prevent me for using to access my account!!

New account transfer

Pls add ability to add new accounts for transfer on app, also view shares and sign up for instalemtnplans

App crashes

Completely broken. Crashes on startup.

Not much functions available

Not as half good as HSBC HK app. Very limited functions. Cannot check my share portfolios. Can not change user

App crashes constantly

App is crashing or not starting regularly since the iOS 14.1 update. Have upgraded to 14.2 and deleted the app and now cannot download it at all!!

Digital secure key

So I went here to use the new key but nowhere to be found - even after an update!

Global transfer

Please enable global transfer in your app for premier customers.

Broken

Can set up and verify identity. But then you get stuck in a log in loop It's broken. Please fix
