I'm extremely disappointed with the HSBC Business Banking app due to several fundamental issues: No Apple Pay Integration: The lack of Apple Pay is unacceptable in today's digital age. No Notifications for Payments In/Out: Real-time alerts are essential for managing business finances effectively. No Clear View of Finances: The app fails to offer a comprehensive and clear financial overview. No Auto-Rotate: The app doesn't support auto-rotate, which is inconvenient, especially on tablets. No Transaction Search Functionality: The inability to search for specific transactions is a major flaw. These are basic features, and their absence is shocking. Customer feedback repeatedly highlights these issues, yet nothing seems to be done. When a bank like Monzo offers a better experience, it’s cleary HSBC needs to reassess its priorities. Either they don’t care, or they’re unwilling to invest despite their substantial profits.
