When the tram or bus doesn’t take you exactly to your final
destination, you can take an HTM bike for the last mile. The HTM Bike can be
combined with your tram and/or bus journey, but can of course also be used
separately. By bike you travel around the city easily, without getting caught
up in traffic. Grab a bike whenever and wherever you want.
Find and rent a bike
An HTM Bike is very easy to use and to register: Download the HTM Bike app. After you’ve created an account, the app will show you exactly where you can find available bicycles throughout the region. Select the bike at the most convenient location for you and you will receive directions to the location of that specific bike. You can unlock the HTM Bike by scanning the QR code. You need a QR scanner which can be downloaded easily. The lock opens automatically after the QR code has been scanned.
Reservation
You can reserve a bike 30 minutes beforehand so that you are assured that a bike is available for you.
Returning
When you have reached your destination, you can return the bike at the locations shown in this app. If you want to park the bike temporarily, you can do so by using the “pause” button in the app. To continue your journey, you switch off the ‘’pause’’ button. As long as the “pause” button is activated, the rental time continues. The bike rental can only be stopped when the bike is parked at one of the locations shown in the app. The app can also be used
afterwards to view all your trips and invoices.

There are no (functional) bikes
I downloaded this app, I charged 5 eurosand then I discovered that the two bikes near the hotel had a flat back tire.... Then visited 4 places where, according to this app, a bike should be parked. There were simply no bikes. At the end I am leaving den haag having transfered 5 € to htm without any service in return.
FRUSTRATING!
Didn’t find any second bike for my mate. Fucking annoying. Spend money for searching the second bike, we never found. Frustrating and will never use it again! Won’t recommend that „service“!
Not working at all!
Recommend highly NOTT!!! To use this service! Phone service provider is a mess and you cannot park the ride in the marked areas!!!
Can’t register with my german phone number
I tried registering on this app for my vacation next week. Unfortunately I am not able to register with my German phone number as an popup appears saying “attributes did not conform to the schema: custom: phone_number: string must be no longer than 10 characters”. Well my number is longer than 10 digits .. is there any way to fix this? I would really like to use your app while I’m on vacation. thanks!
App troubles
Switch van ene naar andere telefoon kan de app niet aan, zo erg dat zelfs de app ontwikkelaars het niet weten. En ik? Krijg alleen maar retry retry retry retry. Kan geen nieuw account maken kan m ook niet verwijderen. En zelfs al is mijn account opgeheven kan ik nog steeds niks!! 😑😑 helemaal klaar mee

It is SOOOO slow to update the bike’s position. Ludicrously so. To the point where you can cycle half the city before it updates. It also just lies about GPS all the time. You can walk ten minutes to a bike and it just isn’t there. Totally unacceptable.

Wat zal ik hier nu eens schrijven? Het was een aangename rit waarin ik de hoofdrol speelde. Ik heb de fiets van A naar B goe bestuurde. De fiets deed precies wat je van een fiets verwacht, namelijk dat hij op mij heeft gewacht. Eind conclusie is dat de fiets zéér gehoorzaamt.
Ideaal systeem
Ten opzichten van andere ov-fietsen, werkt dit systeem laagdrempelig en zoals het hoort. De prijs is voordelig en de app werkt erg goed. Al met al, heel erg tevreden en voor herhaling vatbaar!
Disappointing.
Crashes when trying to connect to the bike via bluetooth. Worked the 7th time. The app seems to need some quality control. It is disappointing that the wallet can’t be connected to an OV Chipkaart. Seems like a missed opportunity.
