Switch van ene naar andere telefoon kan de app niet aan, zo erg dat zelfs de app ontwikkelaars het niet weten. En ik? Krijg alleen maar retry retry retry retry. Kan geen nieuw account maken kan m ook niet verwijderen. En zelfs al is mijn account opgeheven kan ik nog steeds niks!! 😑😑 helemaal klaar mee

It is SOOOO slow to update the bike’s position. Ludicrously so. To the point where you can cycle half the city before it updates. It also just lies about GPS all the time. You can walk ten minutes to a bike and it just isn’t there. Totally unacceptable.

Wat zal ik hier nu eens schrijven? Het was een aangename rit waarin ik de hoofdrol speelde. Ik heb de fiets van A naar B goe bestuurde. De fiets deed precies wat je van een fiets verwacht, namelijk dat hij op mij heeft gewacht. Eind conclusie is dat de fiets zéér gehoorzaamt.

Ten opzichten van andere ov-fietsen, werkt dit systeem laagdrempelig en zoals het hoort. De prijs is voordelig en de app werkt erg goed. Al met al, heel erg tevreden en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Crashes when trying to connect to the bike via bluetooth. Worked the 7th time. The app seems to need some quality control. It is disappointing that the wallet can’t be connected to an OV Chipkaart. Seems like a missed opportunity.

Every time when using a bike, I couldn’t end or pause my ride because the app wasn’t functioning properly. I had to call customer service several times and they were quite shockingly rude and not helpful. The only solution they had for me is that I had to pay for a new ride in order to finish my current one.

Goede fiets maar wel jammer dat je je 4g of WiFi aan moet doen, want niet iedereen heeft dat of niet elke halte heeft WiFi

When i tried to end my trip it outZooms the map and I cannot see parking location. Made me be late to train and to work...

Super handig zeg, je hoeft niet altijd van A terug naar A maar je kunt ook gewoon van A naar B. En dat voor maar 1 euro per uur.

Drop zones are not convenient unless you are a tourist. The bike itself is slow, no gears. The seat angle is ensured by an old fashioned teeth pinion, comes loose easily. Expensive for such a basic bike and doing the authorities a favor. In conclusion it might be useful if you’re desperate.
