I have been using my iNanny camera with this app until a couple of weeks ago the app just logged me out and when I try to connect the device again it says this device is not compatible with this app. It led me to download another Hubble app, which also doesn’t want to connect with the iNanny camera??! What can I do so I am able to use my device again?!
Very easy to install the camera. Has enough vision to see what is going on. You can add motion detection, speak through the camera. Take photos Night vision This helps us to monitor our baby in the crib
We use the app to log feeds, syncing between our two phones is a great feature. While it's the most un-cluttered and practically useful app I've tried we keep running into the same bugs: - When loading the baby tracker page, it often shows all fields as having no data. The only way to get this working is to wait it out and see if it loads. In some cases this can take up to 15 minutes. A manual refresh pull-down action would be useful. - Logged feeds can disappear if the Internet connection was unstable when completing them. The app doesn't seem to verify data uploads before clearing the local cache. - Switching apps pauses the feed timer, unless the Hubble app is force-closed (IOS swipe to close action) before switching apps. - The app icons for most Hubble apps don't adhere to iOS standards and share the same 1 pixel white fringe on the rounded corners. This is a minor things but it definitely cheapens the appearance of the app when seeing the icon on anything other than a white background. - The camera thermometer is sometimes stuck on 48°C for days to weeks at a time, and the camera is unreachable by the app most of the time (these two are Motorola camera hardware bugs, not Hubble app bugs)

The app has two MAJOR issues. The live streaming doesn’t seem to work at all, while we get a notification for movement (not audio) the live streaming doesn’t work. The error message isn’t applicable. There are also CONSTANT adverts for multiple additional paid services that we have to repeatedly decline when we’re trying to get the camera to work. So far unsuccessfully. I’ve mailed for support directly as well.
Keeps loading when I need it most! 😡
Easy to operate
After latest update, settings menu now has advertisements. This camera was not free. Unacceptable that advertisements find their way into the os.
