Something is wrong

From the start the app and video worked in, accept from bugging with the wify. It takes long time to connect even though it says 90% wify. Now, for a few days back, maybe four, the picture goes from light grey directly to darker grey and goes in that what when we starting the video. Also, today it says we have over 41 degrees in our sons room and there are not, maybe around 21.

Need improvement

Most likely the worst ever device to connect to a WIFI at home. Tried 100 times with various setting but no “luck”. Why make it so damn difficult? User friendly? Nope… send the product back.

Better iPad support

App works well enough on my iPhone but on my girlfriends Huawei and my iPad We cannot access some functions. Worst is the fact that we cannot start the camera with these devices and the ui looks all scrambled. Once connected it works most of the time.

Dont even bother

I’ve had trouble with camera (peekaboo) losing connection with the app since start. Now the camera doesnt work at all, maybe because I had to reconnect it with this stupid app 10 times/hour I’m Swedish and dont mind the bad translation tho

Have you used Google translate for the language?

No no, that is not an answer, it is clearly that Motorola hasn’t bother to verify that the translation is correct, not even close. Please remove the choice of Swedish and add it when you have translated it correctly! It is the same with the manual coming with the box of the product, it is telling you that is “dying information” in Swedish. Not so pleasant to read. Motorola is a large company, step up! We are so disappointed that we actually paid to have the app functionality :-( We are so disappointed, the Swedish language is a joke, it’s the worst I’ve seen! It is tricky to understand what the information mean and most sentence doesn’t even make sense! PLEASE use a professional translation bureau for your app language, otherwise skip foreign language and keep to English.

Connection problem

At first the app was great and worked as it should but after a while it kept telling me that I was offline. I then deleted my settings and tried to connect my phone again but the app just keeps telling me to switch on the bluetooth on my phone even though it’s already switched on. I know my english is poor but the translation to swedish in the app is way worse!

Good camera, bad app

Amazing camera which unfortunately becomes useless because of the poor interface of the app. Uses, for example, ”google translate” for languages other than English.

Incompetent

Your app really sucks! I really cant recomend it to the swedish users..

Laggande bild

Ni måste verkligen uppdatera appen! Jag struntar lite i att språket är dåligt men jag struntar inte i att jag måste gå ut och in i appen flera gånger när jag inte får fram någon bild på mobilen när lillen sover. Jag har starkt fibernät så det är inte det som är problemet. Kameran som kostade 1490kr är väldigt väldigt bra men som sagt appen....
