Awesome app and great monitoring system when it works. Sadly that is infrequent. Viewing the camera via the app works intermittently at best. Have tried the support team twice in 18months. The 1st time they replaced a faulty monitor which went smoothly. The 2nd occasion was terrible and ended in me cancelling the subscription, all whilst paying for the HubbleClub pro 🫠

Disappointed and Frustrated
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this camera and app. We have encountered several issues . Our app is always offline. This is incredibly concerning and inconvenient, as it prevents us from using the app as intended to check on our baby. Also, while our monitor works fine when plugged in, it becomes useless when we go mobile. The battery drains extremely quickly, and it constantly beeps. Given the price of this product, I expected much better quality and reliability.
Needs serious improvements!
The video quality is great however the app needs a lot of improvement. Have to delete and re-download several times a month due to the app not working properly, won’t let my husband or my phone play the white noise. When it does play, it will suddenly stop for no reason and wake our baby. The wifi connection will drop out several times a night, therefore the white noise gets turned off again. If we had known we’d have daily problems with this app and baby monitor we would have bought another brand.
1/10 times it actually works
This app very rarely works, the camera basically never connects when you open the app even though internet connection is fine and the monitor unit is working. Possibly the worst app I have used. The fact you have to pay for the premium access when this monitor is priced already above others that are similar and have free apps seems ridiculous given it never works anyway.
Impossible to connect with the camera
A simple straightforward process like connecting the camera to the phone became a nightmare. I’ve given up after 4 hours.

Lack of standard features
Disappointing to buy the product for good money and miss out on most of the features unless you pay a subscription. It also says it works with google but in reality you need to pay for a super expensive third party app. Mounting options aren’t great and you can’t toggle the video so I can’t capture the whole cot. It disconnects from the WiFi frequently. Overall very disappointing.
Not worth the money
I have had to replace the camera twice. Luckily both have been under warranty but next time (am expecting) it won’t be and I would not buy another. It comes with an app which is handy (when it works) which is never, the camera is constantly offline even tho the wifi is always on, so virtually this app is absolutely useless
Connectivity is terrible
If you buy an Oricom camera with parent unit and don’t plan to use the app great product.
If you bought a camera and planned to use the app only, pointless. Connectivity is woeful and we have a mesh wifi with a point 10cm away from the camera.
But the Oricom parent unit with the camera or buy something like a google nest wifi pro and google camera. The marketing of the app shouldn’t be allowed, it it was a physical product it’d go back to the shop or into the bin.
