The worlds worst app

kingsk23 on

Australia

This has got to be the worlds worst app. Buggy, limited basic functionality and only one parent can have access via the mobile app even though both have log ins. Something so basic that should work. Could not recommend less.

Disappointing!

TurboXTC on

This app and its developers are a big disappointment. How can you create an app that only allows one parent to access? When I phone up about it, they told me they are working on it. It has been a while since that contact and still nothing has changed? Surely it’s not that hard to fix this?

Horrible app

How are so many people complaining about the same thing year after year and no one has fixed the problem?

Please improve

This app keeps logging off, even logs off after viewing notification drag down for 1 second

Useability is abysmal

The Face ID or PIN code login doesn’t work. It times out and you need to type in email and password again and again and again to log in. What’s the point of including the feature if it doesn’t work? Honestly hate using this app, it’s unintuitive.

Rubbish website and app

diyanatc on

Australia

Hubhello on their mobile site is already rubbish and has terrible UX/UI. But their app... it's completely useless. Cant log in/access it as the app only allows one/main parent to use it to access our child's information. Which doesnt make sense considering that the website allows 2 logins for our child. Honestly just really useless and terrible UX/UI in their whole system/site/brand.

No convenience for login

Need to fill in user name and password every time to get in the app, although PIN and Face ID are enabled, they are not helping at login. Really need to improve this.

Not user friendly

Log in/out is not easy and glitchy I Changed schools and it created me a new account which now I cannot log into

Only accessible for one parent.

Although the HubHello website allows two parents to access a child’s account, the app only gives access to one parent. Thus it is useless to me, and means I cannot co manage with my wife. Their Helpdesk says they have no timeframes for fixing this. Service providers - avoid this app if you want parents to be able to use it!

Cannot log in

Everything is working on desktop but will not let you log in to the mobile app
