The app makes one of my hue light stop working and ain't turn on . What should I do?? And it’s officially the whole app is fake

Don’t lie to me

I bought these strips and the doesn’t say in the box that I need the bridge!!!! Now I found my self in hard situation I live in Saudi Arabia I went to the famous electric company didn’t find that bridg I must order it through the online from the global company and that will cost me almost double the price. !!! Is not that a lie ?

Ammmm a lot can done differently

Am facing three issue 1- the app consume battery as it work all the time 2- can't restore my upgrade from iPhone to iPad ver 3- the sync not that fast
