This is a great app to guide you and keep track of your progress. Highly recommend.
Subscription change
Amazingly simple and effective app. Very disappointed the recent removal of the lifetime subscription option. I was trying it out for free for a few days, the day I was going to buy the lifetime option it was removed. Still a great app though.

Works perfectly
This is truly a great application. I was doing the guided Wim Hof session on YouTube for a long time, but wanted something where I could customize, enhance, and prolong my sessions. This app does all of that and more. I have been using this now for over a year and could not be more satisfied.

Interface is clean and nice. Wish there was an option for a minute notification as well as the last breath hold notification. The item that I wish the developer would improve is the sound track. The default soundtrack for me is not conducive to meditation. The app does have an option to upload an .mp3. But how the heck do I do that on my phone. I am sure I can figure it out but too much effort. Ty

Is the app down for updates? I try to open it but it just says Hoffly Version: 1.9.0-241 Runtime: 1.0.0 Rehydrating It doesn’t load past this screen.

Great app for performing Wim Hof Breathing technique. It’s beauty lies in its simplicity. You’re able to save the length of your breath holds and note progress and improvement. Very expensive and worth upgrading to lifetime access.
