I had paid for the app which at the time was a one time purchase for all the features, and it even promised would be lifetime access. Now with the change to a subscription model I only get full access for a 1/2 year?!? Very shady practices and I will be deleting this and moving to another similar app at the end of the year

Love the app for doing the wim hoff method. Has settings that allow you to change various aspects of how to do the breath work. Love that box breathing was added, but if possible can you add a feature that allows us to change the duration of the box breaths? For example like a 3 second breath/hold instead of 4? Thank you!!

This app is essentially WHM in its complete essence, just without the cold shower, pushups. For those who just want the breathing exercise, this app it’s a great choice - you won’t be disappointed.
