Humango Reviews

Loved this in the past, works less well now

I tried to submit a bug with screenshots and it didn’t work. I loved using HumanGo 2 years ago but upon revisiting it I find that many things lag or don’t work and have decided not to use it. I couldn’t get it to create a plan for my season.

Super frustrating

HumangoAI has been an invaluable tool in my marathon trainings . The app's ability to create customized plans based on my goals and fitness level is impressive. I've seen remarkable improvements in all my races PR each time . The AI coach is always there with helpful tips and adjustments, ensuring I stay on track. The integration with my fitness tracker is seamless, making it easy to monitor my progress. It not only giving me running plans but also strengthening plans as well. I can’t recommend HumangoAI enough!

Great Training App!

I have been using this app for about 3 months now. I love how the training schedule can be tailored around our busy lives. Hugo is also fun to interact with and provide motivation and feedback.

Garmin offers the same for free

I bought the endurance plan. I stopped using it after two months. It was supposed to give me tailored training sessions based on my performance and reaction to my plan. It insisted on hard workouts despite the same app detected I was exhausted. I contact support and took months to respond by giving me a manual training plan. I wish there was an option to get a refund.

Do difficult to figure this out

How can I use humango app on my Apple Watch to follow the instructions for a workout and automatically store the data in Strava? The data is in Apple health but not showing up in Strava.

Great idea, terrible execution

This app promised to be great and the only training app you’d ever need, however the execution is simply terrible, the user experience awful and the integration with training apps where you store your data (apple health, Garmin, etc…) is too buggy to be usable. They should refund their paying customers as this at beta level, not ready to be used Even when you manage to import your data, the presentation of your rides/workout is confusing and looking at your weeks plan you don’t know how to view your actual rides vs planned/forecasted rises. Much better apps out there, some also using AI that are much better executed than this app

Good idea. AI doesn’t work well. No support.

First off the app is buggy. I could get over that if the workout plans were good. However it schedules VO2 Max and tempo days back to back for a week followed be a week of all Z2. They should really be mixed together to allow for recovery from the higher intensity work. Support to does not respond. I paid for 12 months. Unfortunately I think I’m out my money.

Unusable

This app is so buggy and slow that it’s unusable. The Apple Watch app is awful and doesn’t reliably pull workouts from the main app. There’s a lot of potential but currently there are far better options out there — I’m going to continue using AI Endurance even though I purchased a prepaid for a three month subscription to Humango.

Ok for the price.

Great use of AI and good plans for the value. Three stars only as the app is slow on both mobile and web. Every click takes seconds to load. Another issue is with using it to track the activity. It has good attempt and maybe going the right direction but very buggy. When changing focus from to other apps during workout pause the counters, and on the Apple Watch is does not sync back correct most of the time. Last, it is missing the ability to load guided plans to other provider except for Garmin. We are using Wahoo and it is not easy to download the plan, connect the device via usb cable and use Android syncing app to load the plan. Ok workaround but bad experience.
