Great idea, poor execution
App is a smart idea and works well for planning and generating plans. Just don’t ask it to explain what the drills are. The AI has absolutely no idea what the content of the plan drills are. Best to try and Google an answer. In fact if you were to ask the inbuild AI a question you would have about an 100% of not being able to answer….. pointless feature
Expensive, full of bugs/issues
Just finished the free trial and won’t be paying the crazy prices asked if it. As far as I can tell AI is nothing more than a chat bot with very limited functionality. Nothing that can’t be done easier and quicker in settings. I’m in a ‘Base’ phase and have had about a week of two Zone 3 workouts each day, pushing my weekly load through the roof. I find most swim workouts I have to re-enter on my Garmin as the rests are very short and drill sets not programmed as such, so don’t work. This app has tonnes of potential but is well off where it needs to be.
love the run and swim (and bike) workouts pushed to my phone!
great app, so many positives,
edit*** am finishing my free trial and was so keen to keep my subscription but just realised that 1-price is in US dollars and 2-the options have changed and Olympic tri distances have slipped into the top cost bracket since I first checked it out. Really enjoyed the free trial and workouts are starting to get i teresting in the Build phase but it works out a bit expensive for me in the top bracket in US dollars.
Love the fact that all types of workouts are pushed to my watch, not just cycle (ie TR and W). still in the base phase of my current program but looking forward to see what sort of variety comes in further down the track.
Some suggestions, would love the option to set the distance of events that you are training towards as not all are standard distances (ie adventure races, off road tris and swimruns.
Injury/illness feature is an interesting idea but doesn't seem to have been fleshed out yet.
Would love option to add cardio sports aside from the main 3, such as kayaking, and train sessions to same principles (threshold pace/power data etc).
Anyway, great app, keep up the great work guys, really appreciate the effort you are putting into this!
