Nothing will ever beat HungerStation when it comes to customer service. I tried other apps but I always come back to you 💕👌🏻
Missing Items without REFUND (We already said our appologies)
I order groceries in Othaim using HungerStation but 2 items were missing in the order, I immediately report it to Hunger that the items are missing and they just told me we are very sorry and it will not happen again. After several attempts to reuest for a refund they just told me that my request was already escalated and we already said our appologies and there will be no refund. Is that stealing customers money?
Money not refunded
Worst app ever! I ordered food an send an exact location wherein I give the also the building number but the rider cannot find my location and suddenly cancellled my order. I ask customer service for a refund and they said there is no refund to this matter. They took my money and I got nothing. Don't order with this app! Nonsense customer service! Not helpful
Worst Experience Ever, Security Issue!
I’m a foreign visitor in Saudi Arabia, here just for an event, and I had one of the worst experiences with this app. I suddenly got a notification for an order I never placed. A few minutes later, a delivery guy called saying he was outside with the food. I told him it wasn’t mine, but the order was still delivered—even though I never received anything. And then I found out I was charged for it. I honestly believe this app can be easily hacked or used by someone else without proper security. Tried reaching out to customer support. The first agent was rude and didn’t help at all. The second agent was more polite and tried to assist, but until now there’s still no clear update or solution. This is very disappointing and scary for someone just visiting the country. I won’t be using this app again.
