With video calls it keeps crashing for me and the provider. Had to do a voice call insteas

Hi please fix asap?? App keeps crashing when I go to join the waiting room. I tried it on my iPhone 12 Pro and my iPad 5th gen on latest app update and iOS. Please let me know when fixed because otherwise I think this would be 5 stars

I love the ability to jump on my phone schedule a visit am in 5 min I have already scheduled, seen doctor and on my way to get my prescriptions!!! And have a note for work already prepared in my file. I love this app I love these people. Thank you so much

I had to use my laptop because every time I tried to join the waiting room, the app was kicking me off. I lost my appointment, had to reschedule on a computer.

Very fast and very helpful.

Two different times I’ve set appointments and they don’t call or they don’t send a text to remind me first they just cancel my appointment, and I don’t get a follow up just a message saying they cancelled my appointment.

Got an appointment within an hour

Way more convenient than having to go to urgent care or primary physician!

I have been trying to get an appointment but every time the phone connects the app crashes. I deleted and redownloaded and it still crashes. It’s not my internet that’s the issue either
