This deserves zero stars. The app is glitchy and I have to delete and reinstall every time I use it. When I finally get it back to semi-usable form, the option to meet with a doctor offers only one choice for who is meeting with the doctor even though I have 3 people registered with my account. There is no way to select my child as the patient. On the confirmation screen, it requests that you review the information but doesn’t give you a chance to make any edits if there are errors. The last time I used the app, the “doctor” shamed me for eating cheese and said that likely caused by stomach issues then gave me mixed messages about my condition - basically guessing that it was food poisoning even though I was exposed to a stomach virus. Terrible services on a horrible app. Thanks for wasting my time!

I have used HY many times with no issues however this provider was extremely rude. She cut me off multiple times, lacked empathy for my medical concerns, spoke over me throughout the call, and hung up on me at the end of our call while I was expressing my concerns. As someone who works as a provider in healthcare, I was appalled by the poor care I received and her constant need to invalidate my concerns. It’s one thing to calmly inform a patient the care requested is out of your scope of practice. It’s another to be condescending and lack compassion for a patient. Please let this provider know that she needs to be careful with how she speaks with and cares for her patients.

I want to point out First that the convenience of doing a video conference with the doctor is awesome. Unfortunately this app and the technology is still a little bit behind. Our phone service is not optimum at our house. Therefore, video conferencing, or using Internet is key and yet for over a year that we have had healthiest you we have not been able to video conference except for one time today. I have tried to get with a physician for well over three hours and I keep getting pushed to a waiting room. It says somebody’s reviewing my chart and then nothing happens or the phone times out. The technology needs to be improved and then this app will be amazing

This physician was very informative and friendly. Easy to ask questions and didn’t feel rushed off the phone. Excellent experience!

This is the best ap I’ve ever used! I called in and had a Dr call me back within an hour. I was on the phone less than two minutes and the Dr diagnosed me and called in my script immediately. I love it !!!

Provider called from a blocked number that never rang, left a voicemail that said “not trying to do this, canceling the appointment” telling me to attach a picture when there was already one attached
