Hi Joseph, I would just like to express my gratitude for your work, it is totally transforming my life. I am stil in a place of healing but I know with your help and my commitment I am learning and growing every day. Thank you so much.
I’ve been going through so much lately, my doctor has tripled my meds over time to help me cope but my anxiety was still through the roof. I did the one hour anxiety session when I went to bed and the next day my anxiety was so much better, everyone around me noticed, and I didn’t have constant heart palpitations. I did it again the following night and it made me be able to go out and actually enjoy myself for the first time in what feels like forever. I’ve started adding the hypnosis to my nightly routine as i really struggle to fall asleep, but even though I’m doing it for my anxiety rather than sleep, it’s working wonders.
Joseph and his/ this app has been so helpful to me and the struggles I’ve had through out my life so much lately, it’s in one way opened my eyes to how many phobias or mental anguish’s I have subconsciously suffered for years due to the way and fate my life has been exposed too, so ignorance was bliss 🥴 But in the other way, facing these issues has cleared my mind and made them less of struggle and possible to overcome… I recommend Joseph and his ability even if your a sceptic. Just try and keep an open mind to let him enter your inner thought process and see how you feel. You will be surprised.
You must download and use this app regularly, it’s change my life and got rid of stuff that I never thought I legitimately would, but I have. Thank you Joseph, you’re the best.
Joseph has very practical tracks. He is able to get me into a steady & deep trance & where others haven’t been so reassuring. It’s also very affordable for the paid version. ⭐️
I have started listening to this hypnosis for about a week now. I am certainly feeling more productive and feel like something is shifting on a deeper level. Will continue to listen daily. I would definitely recommend this app and feel very grateful for these free hypnosis’s. I have started to encourage my children to listen as well for exam prep and anxiety issues they have. I stumbled across Joseph through a podcast search for hypnosis. I needed help to calm anxiety during an anxious period of time. What a bonus my discovery was. Joseph’s calm voice as he takes me into relaxation is a soothing balm. And each hypnosis takes me some where I need to go to heal and renew. And the bonus are the learning episodes!!’ So much life affirming advice! I’ve shared the podcast and downloaded the app.
Fresh look and easy to use - and new content! It was a shame that the app was down for a few days but I was updated through the whole process - and worth the wait. Currently doing the ‘Old limits’ program and finding them really helpful. Joseph goes into digging deeper into the ‘why’s’ and helps you get to the deeper issue in a simple way. I enjoy the exploration and explanations about these hinders and helps understanding why we behave the way we do and the simple way to correct it. Highly recommend.
Paid for this and suddenly stopped working. All list have disappeared
