Was able to use this app on my phone when it was version 8.x. Now that they’ve gone to v9.1, they’ve changed something that doesn’t allow the app to open on my phone.
I first timer using it. All credentials are valid and this app never work.
Have used HYPR with Workday since we switched from Okta. Have been trying to contact you guys for weeks and have not gotten a response from anyone. Please help, Thank you.
The placement of that button is so stupid. Being on the up right corner there is zero chance you can operate with one hand. Not sure how they would literally mess up the only thing that the app is supposed to do - have they done dogfooding and realize when anyone tries to login their dominant hand will most likely be operating the mouse or touchpad on their computer?
Forced to use this horrible app for work and it never works.
Need to JUMP through some pretty fiery hoops to get this gatekeeping password application working so I can get into my Workday. This must be some kind of bespoke application designed specifically and tailored to many different companies policies. I think this company is in way over its head. The app has been buggy ever since I began using it.
Not always reliable when using wi-fi. Sometimes takes multiple time for it to recognize my face.
Based on my experience works less than 50% of the time on the first try. I have been half an hour just trying to get in to clock in, and still no success. It says it can’t connect and gives me a PIN number. When you enter it it says incorrect. Leaving a one star because couldn’t leave a zero.
HYPR is pretty good, but it ought to allow for both Face ID and PIN for the same device. Many other 2FA apps work this way. It’s an issue for me since I use this app at work, and I am wearing a mask up to 50% of the time. Other apps would try Face ID first, then fall back on PIN, but HYPR has no such option.
