I first thought a recent update for HYPR caused WorkDay not to authenticate. But it turns out my HYPR profile had to be reset by my employer’s tech support. After that, no issues with HYPR!!

I got a new phone so I was signed out of everything. Hypr won’t sign me back into my work’s app so now I’m not able to see my time at home. I’ve done everything to help and all my information is correct but it’s not working & it’s frustrating. Saying i need to make sure I’m registered to the right account 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

I keep getting an unable to find profile error after trying to register again on my new phone after having it work on an old phone. Then there is no way to troubleshoot this issue from the app so you are left in a loophole.

I need this app in order to login to my Workday account for my job. Every single attempt has been unsuccessful due to this app alone. It’s says if you’re having trouble to get assistance but there’s no way to request such assistance. Truly frustrating and a hindrance.

This app used to work great but one day it crashes everytime it pushes. I unenrolled myself and tried to reenroll but it always crashes after. Theres no advice on their website no one talks about it if you are in my situation you are literally a lost cause.

I was worried when our company announced that we would be using the HYPR app to passwordlessly access Okta, our laptops, etc because it is more secure but it is actually easier! I use it to log into my laptop — just hit a button and look at my phone for the biometric part. And then when I open Okta or some other application I am automatically logged in.

Based on the phishing-resistant FIDO standards, this app makes logging in to web sites and workstations so much easier and faster than passwords. It’s rare to encounter a product that improves security while at the same time improving the user experience. This app is a joy to use.

HYPR is easy to use and provides modern identity security

I use HYPR to log into work everyday. I have so far loved the experience and has been way better than my company making us update passwords everyday. Would recommend.

HYPR is fantastic! It’s incredibly easy to set up and works flawlessly with all my accounts. The User Interface is intuitive, and the biometric authentication adds an extra layer of security without any hassle. Highly recommend!
