PAINFUL
I received a marketing package for the Hyundai smart care app. The registration requested a card number and registration number. Neither was provided in the marketing package. When I went to the dealer I got the “deer in the headlights”. My salesman gave me a phone number that he looked up for Hyundai Smart Care. The operator forwarded me to someone who claimed that he was not with Hyundai. This was 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back.😡😡😡😡😡
