Не подвязывайте карты к Яндексу . И не кладите деньги на Яндекс плюс. Списывают деньги не спрашивая. На запросы о незаконном списании денежных средств служба поддержки не реагирует.
Stole my money
I paid the driver in cash when my card declined. Several days later the same sum was charged to my account. I contacted support and got send a generic message saying “sorry we can’t do anything about it”. Awful service, stole my cash and didn’t even give me credit for future rides.
Comfort in Moscow.

Сервис из лихих 90-х
водитель г. Уральск (ЗКО) требует оплатить поездку заранее мотивируя это тем что «вы убежите» (водитель Требовал(!) оплату картой и не выпускал из машины) При попытке расплатиться наличными предупреждают что сдачи нет!!! Это что за сервис из лихих девяностых!!! ужас! Ещё раз - Водитель Требовал(!) завершить оплату картой через приложение, при нем!!!! Наличные не принимал! Не все могут дать отпор такому быдлу, вот и мой племянник не смог ему 19 лет а взрослый мужик на него орет, требует и НЕ ВЫПУСКАЕТ из машины. Рейдерство а не услуги.
Вежливый внимательный водитель
Ехала с пожилой мамой. Водительство очень внимателен к нам и терпеливо ждал пока мы медленно заходили и выходили и забирались в машину. Спасибо ему.
Не такое удобное как Uber
... и Uber перебрасывает на Yandex.Taxi :(
Таксебе
Приложение очень хорошее, а таксисты мудаки. Вызвать такси вечером/ночью это проблема. Получается толку с приложения чуть больше чем ноль. Ещё одна неудачная попытка вызова. Еще -1 звезда с приложения.
Ужас цены
Постоянно высокий спрос неважно день ночь, вы там ахринели вообще,
Много недобросовестных водителей
Не первый раз бывает, когда вызываешь такси и приезжает водитель, который просит отменить заказ. По итогу начинает поездку без пассажира. Приходится все через поддержку решать.
