Yandex Go is an app to request rides, order food from restaurants or send items across town. Request a ride or delivery with just a tap and track your driver in real time. Never waste time again with another call center or parking problem.

Choose a service class for any occasion. Ride Economy for everyday errands, treat yourself to Comfort and Comfort+ to relax in a more spacious car, or go with Business when every detail counts. Use Delivery to ship items of any size by car. Fares and available service classes vary by location, but we always show the exact price (or a fair estimate) before you request a ride.
• PAY BY CARD OR CASH
You can pay for rides automatically if you add your card in the app, but drivers also accept cash. Payment method availability may vary depending on location.

Yandex Go uses smart algorithms built on live traffic data to connect riders with drivers who can reach them fastest. Depending on your location, the app will also suggest alternative pickup points to help lower your fare.
• RIDES WITH MULTIPLE STOPS
Request a ride with multiple destinations, like if you’re dropping your kids off at school, picking up a friend on the way, or need to run a quick errand. Yandex Go maps all your stops on one route and calculates the fare for the entire trip upfront.
• CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Choose the Kids service class to ride safely with your child in a safety or booster seat.
• DELIVERY
It's just like requesting a ride: enter your address in the app, and a courier delivers your item. Both sender and recipient meet the courier at their car.
• FOOD FROM RESTAURANTS
Order food from local cafes and restaurants. Just enter your address and we’ll show you everything that’s available nearby. Narrow down your search with filters and find your favorites or try something new. Currently available in Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

Not reliable
We used this app in Kazachstan. In city centres it was useless. It pointed wrong location and we could not find the car and must cancel the ride. It happened repeatedly, many times in busy locations. We needed to walk 1 or 2 km away to be able to get successfully located. It was annoying not only for us but also for drivers who lost the rides. We tried to use the app on different phones. On the others it did not work at all. We do not recommend it as completely unreliable.
Спамят неотключаемой рекламой
Уже больше чем пол года прилетают неотключаемые пуш уведомления с рекламой типа «попробуйте тут рядом еду», при том что я нахожусь в стране где этих сервисов в принципе нет. Писал подробные багрепорты с указанием вероятных причин бага - реакции ноль, в течение полугода лишь типовые отмазки. Спрашивал в комментариях на Хабре - аналогично, полный игнор, хотя другим людям на вопросы отвечали. Видимо «эффективные менеджеры» решили что лучше спамить всем, вместо корректной настройки таргетированной рекламы.

Вчера знакомый сел к Олегу а тот в место оплаты наличными требовал отсос под дулом пистолета потом выбросил его около леса потом на следующий день пошли угрозы и шантаж 👍🏾

я живу в польше и когда приезжал в польшу всегда сталкивался с проблемой, что не доступно это приложение, теперь все хорошо, благодарю
Обдираловка
Постоянно коэффициент, в жлобине где население 75000 тыс не областной город, цены на такси как в Минске, а иной раз 45 рублей бывает когда снежок или капля дождя упала, я в Минске 40 км до аэропорта за 45 еду а тут за 2 км 45 вы совсем с ума сошли
The weather only changing prices are increased
If you have yandex in your city as a taxi - i have experience in Dubna, Moscow region, when there are rush hours or bad weather the app is increasing the price two - three times 🤦♂️🙈. I have a distance to work of 1.2 km and it happens that statistically only every 3-4 time i’m taking a yandex taxi, when it’s offering reasonable price for this distance. 100-120 Rub not 190-300 Rub. But I have to thank to yandex taxi, that your prices policy in Dubna are motivating me (and many of my friends) to walk, instead of taking taxi expensive offers.

Во-первых приложение недоступно в апсторе, хотя установлено у меня на айфоне -_-. Во- вторых, в Яндекс Еде при выборе фильтра «завтраки» доступен один ресторан… город Минск, я живу около центра… в то же время через другие сервисы доступна доставка из любого ресторана. В чем прикол - не понятно.
