iBodyShape will help you to see the results of your diet and workouts and also monitor their progress. iBodyShape is designed to help you achieve your goals.
All data is clearly displayed on the dashboard. By entering your body measurements and your weight, BMI (Body Mass Index) and WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio) is calculated and evaluated. You can also see the progress of your weight on a chart.
Press the more button and you will see charts and statistics for all of your values! That includes all your custom values.
Try to reach different achievements for more motivation and share them with your friends.
The following values can be saved:
· Height
· Weight
· Body Fat
· Chest
· Waist
· Hip
· Upper arm
· Thigh
· Five Custom Values
With your approval, BMI, weight, body fat and your size will also be stored into the Health-App.

Übersichtlich und super um die eigenen Werte im Blick zu haben.

Man hat immer ein Überblick über seine Werte und man kann seine Erfolge beobachten
Übersichtlich
Die App ist ohne viel Schnickschnack und total übersichtlich. Ich kann alles auf einem Blick sehen. Gefällt mir sehr gut.
Schöne Gewichts- und Körperumfang-Tracking-App
Die App ist sehr einfach zu handhaben und ist sehr übersichtlich. Man kann auch die Maße eingeben und eigene Messpunkte erstellen - wie wir alle wissen, ist das Gewicht alleine nicht wirklich aussagefähig. Dass das Chart des Gewichtsverlaufs ohne eigentlicher Gewichtsangabe ist, finde ich besonders gut. Einen Punkt Abzug, weil ich nicht mehrere Profile erstellen kann (wäre ein schöner Vergleichseffekt, wenn man übers Jahr mehrere Ernährungsarten ausprobieren möchte.
Unkompliziert
Kann genau das, was es soll. Nutze die App seit Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden.

Genau was ich gesucht habe
Ich habe etwas gesucht, mit dem ich meine Körper Messungen tracken kann, um meinen Fortschritt zu verfolgen und es gefunden. Die App ist easy aufgebaut - wie eine Excel-Liste! Genau das, was ich gesucht habe, um einen Überblick zu haben.
Gute Kontrolle
Gute Kontrolle des Gewichtes und der Maße. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass auch die selbst eingegebenen Werte, verglichen werden könnten
