The awful app and service

At the first time I used this terrible web site and started my verification there. And a person with whom I was talking couldn’t hear me. Then I took my iPad and started this process in a safari browser. I couldn’t change my camera there! And then I’ve installed this App. After 4th try I could speak with operator. And he said me, that my registration permission (that is valuable 2,5 more month) must be not older as 3 month. I’ve wasted 2 hours trying to authorize myself with this service. And as the result - nothing
