Das inkompetenteste und unfreundlichste Unternehmen, was ich je erlebte.
Achtung: furchtbares, unverschämtes Unternehmen. Kein Mitarbeiter gibt seinen Namen bekannt, inzwischen nach Recherche bekannte Schwierigkeiten bei Eintragung von primär – und Back-up E-Mail-Adresse gefunden. Es interessiert die Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht, dass die Bestätigungsmail mit den Tannummern beim Kunden nicht ankam, bei Information über selbiges wurde die Verbindung seitens des Unternehmens Einfach beendet. Beim Konkurrenzprodukt der Deutschen Post ist mir A so eine Menge an Inkompetenz, B. So eine Menge an Unfreundlichkeit und C so eine dermaßen schlechte technische Umsetzung (Kamera Steuerung) noch nicht begegnet. Der Text wurde diktiert
