Doesn’t work most of the time, don’t buy... too slow to catch up with iOS upgrades. My device is now an useless junk

It works for old ios after upgrade the ios, not able to use the iDiskk. The vendor dont care about users. They shoud upgrade the app based on ios

Auto shutdown when saving images
Apparently we’re all using this all to save our image. But when I tried saving into camera roll, the app auto shuts down. Help?

Not functioning after the latest update
After updating to the latest update which is ‘Fixed Bug’ , NOW cannot save or export to camera roll or open with other apps that is working before. DO NOT UPDATE TO THE LATEST UPDATE , THIS WILL SCREW UP.
Where is the cut and paste for iPhone
This app is wonderful. But although I can see in the instructions that it can cut and paste. But I cannot find a cut function. This I am very afraid of copying and paste then delete. I am using an iPhone 7
Trouble downloading the app
I have trouble downloading the app from App Store for Iphone5. Not sure if is due to the phone since I am already running OS10.1. There is no good email contact to ask for customer support.
