iDiskk Pro

I have my old iDisk 32G and I wanted to use it for travel. I’ve used it with my previous iPhone XR or might was 6s which was working perfectly. On my current iPhone 14 does not work, doesn’t connects. What is the point releasing the device which works only a year or so? You should’ve worn people that is disposable and needs to be binned after a while.

I was using it to check my old files and after 15 minutes it wont let go back and showing “idiskk pro is not connected”. Does it mean I lost all the files? 😡 I've been trying to open it again it just sayong the same thing. What should I do!?

Hi. Just to start please allow me to say how wonderful your products have been for me during 4-5 years of ownership and regular use. iDisk Pro 64gig & 128gig. It is now not working correctly. I am on iPad Pro 12.9” 2cd gen on IOS 16.4 and idiskpro app 4.2.23.91. I hope this information goes someway in helping your boffins help to resolve the issue. Many thanks. Best of luck!

Please fix, money wasted on hardware.

I’ve tried multiple times to communicate with these idiots. Drive does not work and says iDiskk not connected. I’ve bought 2 of there for nearly £100 and they are useless. When plugging into the phone it’s recognised and asks to Allow or Ignore communication.. if I click allow it then just shows “iDiskk not connected” so angry STAY AWAY-DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Crashes when you try to upload an image. Pointless app.

I’m really gutted as this used to work PERFRCTLY until a few months ago, I guess an iOS update stopped it working properly and the app developer clearly doesn’t care as it hasn’t been updated in a year. My USB stick still works, but it’s useless because it won’t work with my iPhone anymore because the app just crashes every time I try to load anything into it. I would never buy an iDiskk product again after this, which is a shame as previously I was recommending it to everyone, but if the software is unreliable then what’s the point.

Please stop the advert that runs each time I open the app. Also the drive does not work with iOS Files app - I bought this MFI certified drive to work with Files so I am disappointed that the app does not support it.

Purchased a memory stick for my iPad knowing I would be reliant on this app but hoped the app developer company would honour its side of the deal. How wrong I was! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!

What a shocking waste of money and stunning lack of responsible customer care by the Developer. The iDisk app just about fails in every capacity. Unless this app is debugged promptly I will ensure Amazon delists the sale of related hardware...I can do that 😉
